Nueva publicación del Proyecto
Nos complace anunciar una nueva publicación de acceso abierto en la prestigiosa revista European Psychiatry, fruto del proyecto y la colaboración con PADRIS, que reafirma la creciente necesidad de herramientas innovadoras como PRESTO en atención primaria, especialmente ante el aumento de problemas de salud mental inespecíficos. Este estudio, titulado "Trends and associated factors of mental health diagnoses in Catalan Primary Care (2010–2019)". Los resultados evidencian un aumento en diagnósticos relacionados con el estrés, como trastornos de ansiedad no especificados, insomnio y depresión inespecífica, particularmente vinculados a factores demográficos y socioeconómicos. Estos hallazgos subrayan la urgencia de estrategias colaborativas e innovadoras como PRESTO para abordar este desafío en la atención primaria.

Web plataforma decisional PRESTO en pruebas
Durante prácticamente un año y medio de intenso trabajo de un amplio equipo multidisciplinar compuesto por médicos de atención primaria, referentes de atención emocional, psiquiatras, psicólogos y enfermeras de salud mental así como pacientes se ha llegado a la versión funcional viable de la web de plataforma decisional PRESTO. El desarrollo y la gestión del desarrollo e integración informático contó con los servicios de BLOWWW y la documentación para su validación por Evidenze Health. Actualmente estamos finalizando las pruebas e integrándola con PRESTOapp para su futura puesta en marcha en un estudio de factibilidad en Cataluña.

Fase final del desarrollo de PRESTOapp
Luego de prácticamente dos años de desarrollo estamos orgullosos de llegar al final de la etapa del desarrollo de PRESTOapp. Ha sido un trabajo multidisciplinar complejo (desarrolladores, UX designers, productores, profesionales de la salud mental, etc). y ambiocioso. Esperamos los resultados se vean reflejados en los futuros estudios y finalmente termine llegando a las personas que lo puedan necesitar. Les dejamos un pequeño adelanto, explicado por nuestros desarrolladores. 👉

Data analysis of mental health data in Catalonia from PADRIS datasets has started
Last May, the anonymized data session agreement was signed with the Data Analysis Program for Research and Innovation in Health (PADRIS) and we received the database of the CatSalut patient and control cohort from 2010 to 2019.
After a pre-processing process, we are carrying out the first analyzes for publication. With one of the manuscripts already circulating among the co-authors.

Completion of the UX/UI design process for PRESTOapp
The PRESTOapp design process has been satisfactorily completed, with the intense participation of patients, clinicians, designers and programmers. as well as the PRESTO researchers. Development is already underway and we hope to have test versions soon.

REMIND Project
The COVID-19 pandemic had an immediate and intense impact on the mental health of society's front line of battle: health workers. We set out to use the technology under development in PRESTO to provide immediate and cost-effective help to monitor and offer psychological intervention tools by adapting PRESTOapp to this group. It is a project financed by the Spanish Society of Psychiatry and the Agency for the Management of University Grants and Research of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
